Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Project Managment Analyst to support the Project Manager team onsite in North Mobile County, Alabama. This is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of 3 + months.

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields preferred: Business Administration or Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalency of education and experience in similar position
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management environment
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing product flow, data flow, manufacturing constraints and objectives in the order life cycle
  • Working knowledge of statistical processes and analysis, and root cause failure analysis
  • Working knowledge of commercial and manufacturing computer systems and processes with a strong emphasis on project management and accounting processes
  • Inventory, planning, operations research, and project management experience
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Intermediate to proficient skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Project management experience in an industrial manufacturing or steel industry setting a plus
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred

  • Monitor, identify, and develop actions to improve the performance of Project Management processes
  • Analyze data outputs to formulate conclusions and present findings utilizing Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Act as communication liaison with project team members and stakeholds to facilitate project flow
  • Track, manage, and report on project financial and scheduling statuses
  • Work with the project managers to develop proposals, reports, as well as presentations for monthly update meetings
  • Gather and analyze data required to support Project Management-related processes and projects from multiple systems, utilizing available tools to automate reporting when possible
  • Update and maintain process maps, procedures, and other documents, and assist with monitoring internal compliance, as required

  • Gulf coast region in Calvert, AL
  • Days, Monday to Friday with extended hours as required due to periods of peak workloads
